Kings Golf Membership

£150 Annually or £15 Monthly

By purchasing or using a Membership, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Membership Benefits

As a Member, you will receive the following benefits:

• 50% Off Golf Bay Bookings: Members receive 50% off golf bay bookings. Bookings are subject to availability and applicable terms.
• Free Swindle Entry: Members are eligible for free entry into the weekly Swindle event. The Member is responsible for confirming participation each week.
• VIP 30% Discount: Members enjoy a 30% discount on select VIP bookings.
• Members-Only Events: Members will have exclusive access to various events hosted by KING PERFORMANCE LTD. Participation may require prior registration, subject to availability.
• Bring up to 7 Guests with 30% Off: Members are allowed to bring up to 7 guests and receive a 30% discount for their guests' bookings and participation.
• Members-Only Tournaments: Members are invited to participate in exclusive tournaments hosted by KING PERFORMANCE LTD. Tournaments may have separate rules and registration requirements.

2. Membership Payment

• Annual Payment: The Membership is available for a yearly payment of £150. Payment is due upon enrolment and must be renewed annually to continue receiving Membership benefits.
• Monthly Payment: Alternatively, Members can choose to pay monthly at a rate of £15 per month. Monthly payments are automatically charged until cancelled by the Member.

3. Cancellations

• 1-Month Cancellation Notice: To cancel a Membership, the Member must provide a written notice to KING PERFORMANCE LTD at least one month prior to the desired cancellation date. Failure to provide the required notice may result in charges for the following month.
• Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued for Memberships that have already been paid in full for the year. For monthly payments, the Member will only be charged for the period of membership usage up until the cancellation date.

4. General Terms

• Non-Transferable: Membership benefits are non-transferable and are solely for the use of the Member who has purchased the Membership.
• Booking Terms: All bookings, including golf bay bookings, event participation, and guest discounts, are subject to availability and KINGS PERFORMANCE LTS's standard booking terms.
• Changes to Benefits: KING PERFORMANCE LTD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Membership benefits at its discretion with reasonable notice.
• Membership Conduct: Members agree to comply with KING PERFORMANCE LTD's code of conduct and standard terms of use. We reserves the right to revoke any Membership for any breach of these terms or inappropriate behaviour.

5. Liability

• KING PERFORMANCE LTD is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained by the Member or their guests while participating in any of our activities or using any of our facilities.
• The Member agrees to use all facilities at their own risk.

By purchasing this Membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

KING PERFORMANCE LTD reserves the right to update or revise these terms and conditions at any time.
