We offer a choice of pizza or chicken nuggets, both options coming with a generous portion of tasty fries.

We have a minimum of 6 kids per booking. You can however pay the minimum of 6 and bring less kids if you wish, you will still recieve 6 portions of food.

We are yet to recieve a booking that our venue can't handle so no maximum number has been set.

We do require there to be at least one adult over the age of 18, affiliated with the party to be present.

You're more than welcome to relax in the bar and lounge area or even enjoy one of our other activites.

But you must be present in the venue whilst the party is going on.

If you let us know more than 48 hours before the start of the party we can issue a refund for any kids that are not turning up.

Providing that number does not go below our minumum requirement of 6 kids for a booking.

There is no minimum, you can play the course on your own if you like. 

There is a maximum of 6 players per tee time.

If you have a larger group you can book consecutive tee times so you can still go round together.

Yes, we provide at least 2 hosts for every event.

They will setup the course (and simulator and outdoor games if booked), be on hand to assist guests with any questions and provide a fun environment for all.

Always. With metal shafts being swung around, it is important we are there to supervise. Not only for the safety of all guests but also to ensure you get the most out of the experience.

Yes but we do ask that all children under the age of 16 are supervised by an adult (not us) at all times when playing the crazy golf or simulator.

We have gazebos to cover the entire course on a rainy day. For information on what happens in the event of extreme weather conditions, including (but not limited to), high winds or torrential rain, or any other weather conditions that makes us unable to set up the course, please see our terms and conditions.

It all depends on how long you need us there for. We can be ther for 4-6 hours and the price will remain the same.

With 9 holes, we can cater for more than one group at a time. We can allow up to 6 players in one group for health and safety reasons. There must also be no more than 1 group playing on one hole at any given time. This means that we can have up to 54 people playing on the course at the same time.

We can get up to 8 individual players in each challenge being hosted on the simulator. With quick turnarounds so you won’t be waiting long to hit a ball.

Yes, you and your new spouse will have your names on custom scorecards that we will design and print before the day.

Each scorecard will have 6 spaces for the names of each player in the group.

We will supply 50 personalised scorecards to ensure that nobody misses out.

Yes. On top of the scorecards, we are able to personalise a welcome board that we include complimentary with your booking.

Technically we can host any game that Trackman has on their software. This includes a massive array of golf courses (all the way from fictional par 3 courses to famous tour venues), Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin, Bullseye, Capture the Flag and a load of kids games to ensure everyone is entertained.

Our two recommended options, however, are Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin.

We understand that accidents can happen, but it is imperative that you take great care of our course and our Trackman Simulators. 

Damages, accidental or not, have to be recouped at no loss to Kings18. The cost of any repairs or replacements will be invoiced to the client who made the booking.

One of our hosts with be trained in first aid. They will be equipped with a first aid kit to use if necessary.

There are trip hazards around the course so we ask you and your guests to take care when playing to avoid any accidents.

With great care being taken, we would like to think that all will go smoothly. That being said, accidents can still happen. Kings18 is not liable for any injuries that occur whilst playing the course or the simulator.

We provide everything you need in order to have a great time. Clubs (left and right handed), balls, projector, computer for the software, enclosure, hitting mat, hitting screen, and more.

Some examples of where can set up would be grass, paving, patio or gravel.

Ideally the surface is flat to stop the ball rolling around on a slope. We will do our best to make the surface as flat as possible by levelling the holes on uneven ground if necessary.

Yes, provided there is adequate space for the course, we can setup inside.

It is also possible to set up the Trackman Simulator indoors, however, the enclosure is 12 feet wide, 16 feet deep and 10 feet high. We require at least 6 feet of space either side of the enclosure, and at least 4 feet above the enclosure. Please check with your venue that this is possible before hiring the Trackman Simulator.

If you hire the Trackman Simulator and we are unable to set up outside or inside due to space restrictions, we would be unable to offer a refund.
