Please read through some of our frequently asked questions when it comes to our portable entertainment.

Do you provide hosts?
Yes, we provide at least 2 hosts for every event.

They will setup the course (and outdoor games if booked), be on hand to assist guests with any questions and provide a fun environment for all.
Are kids allowed to play?
Yes but we do ask that all children under the age of 16 are supervised by an adult (not us) at all times when playing the crazy golf.
What if I book, but on the day it’s raining?
We have gazebos to cover the entire course on a rainy day. For information on what happens in the event of extreme weather conditions, including (but not limited to), high winds or torrential rain, or any other weather conditions that makes us unable to set up the course, please see our terms and conditions.
How long will the service be available to us?
It all depends on how long you need us there for. We can be available for 4 hours and can discuss additional pricing for longer durations.
How big is the course? How much space do we require?
The course minimum requirements need a space of 50ft x 50ft to be played and used correctly.

If you can let us know your venue, we'll look to see if we can attend and scope potential sites for the crazy golf to be situated.
How many people can play the Crazy Golf at one time?
With 9 holes, we can cater for more than one group at a time. We can allow up to 6 players in one group for health and safety reasons. There must also be no more than 1 group playing on one hole at any given time. This means that we can have up to 54 people playing on the course at the same time.
Are scorecards provided?
Yes, you and your new spouse will have your names on custom scorecards that we will design and print before the day.

Each scorecard will have 6 spaces for the names of each player in the group.

We will supply 50 personalised scorecards to ensure that nobody misses out.
Are there any personalisation options?
Yes. On top of the scorecards, we are able to personalise a welcome board that we include complimentary with your booking.
What happens if something gets damaged?
We understand that accidents can happen, but it is imperative that you take great care of our course.

Damages, accidental or not, have to be recouped at no loss to Kings18. The cost of any repairs or replacements will be invoiced to the client who made the booking.
What happens if someone is injured whilst playing?
One of our hosts with be trained in first aid. They will be equipped with a first aid kit to use if necessary.

There are trip hazards around the course so we ask you and your guests to take care when playing to avoid any accidents.

With great care being taken, we would like to think that all will go smoothly. That being said, accidents can still happen. Kings18 is not liable for any injuries that occur whilst playing the course or the simulator.
What types of surfaces can the Crazy Golf be set up on?
Some examples of where can set up would be grass, paving, patio or gravel.

Ideally the surface is flat to stop the ball rolling around on a slope. We will do our best to make the surface as flat as possible by levelling the holes on uneven ground if necessary.
Can you set up inside?
Yes, provided there is adequate space for the course, we can setup inside.

This would be something that would need to discussed at the time of booking so that the correct planning can take place for this to undertaken if required.
