General
Do you accept cash?
No, we are a cashless venue.
Is there a cloakroom?
We have an area behind our reception where we can hold coats and bags whilst you enjoy yourself.
Can I bring my children?
For sure, there is plenty of fun to be had for children.
We do however have a firm policy on Friday and Saturday after 7pm that under 18's are only permitted within the private rooms and must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21.
If they are outside of or exit the rooms for any other reason than to use the toilet facilities, they will be asked to leave.
Past 11pm we are a strictly over 18's venue in any area.
Can we stay in the venue after finishing our activity?
Yes, there is plenty of space in our bar and lounge area to relax and enjoy some food and drink as well as live sports.
Do I need to book?
We accept walk-ins but we do reccomend booking in advance as we do get very busy.
Is there a train station near by?
Yes, East Grinstead train station is an 8 minute walk from the venue.
What are your opening hours?
Our standard opening hours are listed below.

Wednesday - 16:00 - 22:00
Thursday - 16:00 - 22:00
Friday - 15:00 - 00:00
Saturday - 10:00 - 00:00
Sunday - 10:00 - 19:00
Kids parties
We have everything you need for a fun and memorable party. So many options to keep your kids entertained for hours.
What are the food options for kids parties?
We offer a choice of pizza or chicken nuggets, both options coming with a generous portion of tasty fries.
Is there a min/max number of kids for a party booking?
We have a minimum of 6 kids per booking. You can however pay the minimum of 6 and bring less kids if you wish, you will still recieve 6 portions of food.
We are yet to recieve a booking that our venue can't handle so no maximum number has been set.
Do adults need to be present?
We do require there to be at least one adult over the age of 18, affiliated with the party to be present.
You're more than welcome to relax in the bar and lounge area or even enjoy one of our other activites.
But you must be present in the venue whilst the party is going on.
What if i've paid and some of the kids drop out?
If you let us know more than 48 hours before the start of the party we can issue a refund for any kids that are not turning up.
Providing that number does not go below our minumum requirement of 6 kids for a booking.
Crazy golf
We have everything you need for a fun and memorable party. So many options to keep your kids entertained for hours.
Is there a min/max number of players?
There is no minimum, you can play the course on your own if you like.
There is a maximum of 6 players per tee time.
If you have a larger group you can book consecutive tee times so you can still go round together.
How many hole is the crazy golf?
18 crazy holes of action packed fun. Suitable for all ages and skill level.
